Have currently got the standard Greddy setup so oil feed and oil drain going to the inlet side of the block. As I'm sorting the cracked manifold I thought now was a good time to sort this out.

A few questions!

I googled the block thread size for the oil feed and I came up with conflicting information. I read it should be either m10x1.5 OR is it 3AN?

The oil feed pipe I have has the oil pressure guage size thread. What size is this?

Have also read of various sizes of oil drain in the sump 3/8 or 1/2?? Which is best for the greddy turbo?

Thanks :)

The oil feed port in the 1.6 block is an m10*1.5. I had a line made up at pitted using a 1/4" hose with a banjo at the other end. The larger the pipe bore, you may need an oil restrictor. I welded up the banjo bolt and drilled it to 1mm.

I have a 5/8" oil drain to the sump, no issues with oil backing up. I think 1/2" is the smallest you want to go.
