Are there any other interested people in case we can score a bigger stand? or is everyone who is interested already booked in?

 

I did ask, but they're not keen as it means moving stands around to accommodate higher numbers. That's why the tickets had to be one ticket, one stand space. Now we're well into April I don't think they'll allow us to change the numbers.

If it helps - the space they allocate is usually quite generous for the number of cars attending.

If you were feeling naughty colour photocopying some extra stand passes does the trick. Then you just pay on the gate when you arrive.

Since I'm providing stand passes I wouldn't appreciate people doing that

They'll also be numbered.

If you can put more cars on the stand than we're supposed to have then that's up to you guys to make the call, but regulations might dictate how many cars can be on a stand. But if the Japfest people tell you there's too many it's only fair that those without stand passes have to vacate and those who have one can stay.

TBH it's up to you all to police your own stand. If you don't, and someone ends up getting ousted then it's your own lookout.

I'm going to have to pull out of this unfortunately. My powdercoating isn't going to be done in time. If anyone wants to take over my ticket and stand pass PM me and I'll get it sorted.

gutted as i have to pull out of this as im selling up so i have offered my ticket to Thenwood for first refusal

 

Unfortunately i'm not going to be able to make it as my new car isn't ready so my ticket and stand pass is up for grabs. Anyone wanting it for what i paid obviously can have it.
