Yeah I suppose, just a bit fucked off. Might just blast it, then blast it again in a couple months, then again. Then buy a sturovovovovo or whatever one

Yeah idling and little revs, nothing to write home about.

Is your spark map massively retarded?...not like a mong, I mean..well you know.
Not even got far enough to run a map yet, ran it on standard ecu for all of 30 seconds to see it spin.

Strange?

Should...No would never have produced enough heat in that space of time to cause it to crack.

Oh well, you might aswell try migging it...worst thing that can happen is another crack.

Yeah fuck it.

When I used to weld cracks on other stuff, I would drill a hole at the start and end of the crack apparently that helps to prevent it re-cracking. Might work.

Is it detrimental to tuning having a crack?

Yeah stop drilling is where it's at.

That's messed up to crack just after idling. What thickness is the pipework?

If it's blowing then it's like having a more free flowing exhaust so might effect it a tiny bit, wouldn't worry tho.

Yep, wideband readings will be off.
Ruddy, tit, fuck, wank, shit, cunt... I don't even like cars... should of left it NA.... I don't even like choo choo noises...

O well im just going to MIG the bastard tomorrow, probably get my little brother to do seeing as he's the trained welder, and I will probably just weld the whole bloody thing everywhere.

I reckon it was cracked already, its so tiny I have only just seen it. Thought it was debris / dirt at first, its location is between 2 welds so likely a thin place.

Ahhh, is it just thin walled exhaust pipe rather than weld els?
Not sure, looks like a decent bit of kit and well made. Will find out how it reacts tomorrow.

Manifold off for welding, managed to keep most of the turbo lines on.

Did some relief cuts seeing as it didn't have any, used a plasma cutting disc.

Horray all back and seems well, starting to get to the end of the project. But wait nothings that easy.

Put my new rad in, seems to have a split in it. Dan has been kind enough to get me a replacement out ASAP, which I was pretty impressed with.

Then to top it all, put my newly repaired MS1 one in. It fucking blows D10 again :censor: , didn't have the fuel relay in place. I did read up about D19 shorting a circuit so need to check this out.

Any ideas why I am missing D8?

But I did manage to man up and wire in my AEM Eugo. White with red stripe for live, with black and green stripe for ground. Then the white AEM supply to one of the wires on the MS1 harness.

It looked nice for the 3 seconds until smoke came out of the MS1.
