Where Do The Eunos Seat Belt Stalks Attach To?

Trying to get some stalks, do they attach to the same place as the rail thing on the uk model?

Not sure about UK models mate, but you can bolt 89-94 stalks where the later model belt guide is mounted at the tunel.
