Ve Analyzer Autotune

Hi,
I have been running my newly blown eunos about with the lappy attached & autotuning in tunerstudio. On the ve analyzer screen, on the right hand side are two boxes, cell weighting & cell change. My question is what do the different colours mean in the cell change box? (red & blue).
