Trouble Posting Occasionally

I've been having issues posting new topics since I signed up, is it me just being a little special, or is it something to do with the forum/my computer?

I get a security bar pop down and tell me theres blocked content (not always, just now n again) and then when i unblock the content I get the buttons available to post.

Anyone got any advice?
