What's the easiest way to remove a shell from the subframes/powertrain?

Bits* off, jacks under the subframes, whip out the subframe fasteners, lower subframes onto blocks, jacks under shell and pull the shell backwards?

Bits* off, jacks under the subframes, whip out the subframe fasteners, lower subframes onto dollies, jacks under shell and pull the subframes/drivetrain forwards?

Something else? How much does a shell weigh? Don't have forklift access etc, do have 2 jacks, axle stands, 4 blokes and poles.

Bits to remove:
Exhaust rubbers
Handbrake cables onto calipers
Earth lead onto PPF and plastic cable tidy onto rear subframe
Rear brake hard line to splitter block
Speedo cable onto gearbox
Reversing light switch wires onto gearbox
Gearknob/lever/gaiter
Clutch flexi
Engine earth lead
Heater pipes
Radiator pipes
Fuel pipes
Intake up to the throttle body
PAS pipes (no aircon)
Engine wiring

(pull the rad out to keep it alive, perhaps coil pack for some more room)

Engine undertray
Front ARB body mounts
Steering column @ the rack

Anything I've forgotten?

Whilst I have a 2 post ramp...

I removed everything but a couple of subframe bolts.

Put it back on the floor.

Removed the last bolts and raised the shell in the air, pushed the running gear out the way and lowered the shell onto a wheeled trolly.

Obviously in your case use jacks / men instead of the ramp.

I tried to move one with 2 of us and there was no way but 4 should be ok.
