Just been washing the car... moved it around a bit and noticed some smoke coming from the exhaust... on closed inspection (i stuck my finger in) there was what seemed to be oil in the exhaust possibly? It was a bit wet on my finger but then went like soot?

Is this anything to be worried about or am I just being my usual paranoid self?

There's not usually any smoke out the back when cold or when booting it when warm as far as I can tell..

exhausts are dirty black sooty things at the best of times, if there's a bit of condensation in there then I guess it could be mistaken for oil.
have you checked your oil level to see if you're using any more than normal?

Condensation + Soot (Carbon) = Slimey black oily mess.

Oil seems fine last time I checked (few weeks, will check now) ... I have this crazy problem inventing car OCD at times tho haha
