Noisy Aircon

Hi I switched my aircon on today (I don't use it very often) and it made a loud whining sound at around 3000rpm.

It functioned fine and it doesn't make the sound at any other revs but it's particularly loud around 3000rpm? I think it had a recent regas of the aircon system too.

Any ideas why it's doing that?
