Ok, I've set this up afresh and stuck the (single) thread from the previous group into archive.
Members of this group are admins, moderators, Colink, Sara, Sausages.
Lee, I've included you because you have knowledge of what's required to be done, so an advisory role if you don't want to get any more involved.
Ask if you want to include anyone else and I'll include them in this group.
My role in the group is to dish out money from the Nutz funds to cover site expenses. I WILL NOT be directly involved with The Organisation (the company that runs this event), if you want money I'll transfer it to yourselves to pay for whatever needs paying for.
Will is also involved in the organising but he's not been involved for long either.
So it's up to you guys now, see if you can make it happen!
