hold on, are you looking at the old mk1 shape with pop-up lights? the mk2, or the newest mk3 shape - or possibly the roadster coupe with the folding tin top

i always thought that they fold down into the car rather than sitting on the back og the car, il get the picture of the one im looking at the now to show you all, its a mk1 1.8
as you can see its quite hard to tell from this picture

There is also an optional hood cover which fits over the top to finish it off a bit neater, which looks like this:

Mine is the MK2, but looks exactly the same as the MK1 (the covers are not interchangeable though).
