I don't know.
it is sold as a reinforced gradening hose (it was the only one of the right size that was in my garage at the time).
I may change to a proper vacuum hose, but given the amount of kPa/Bar I can see on the engine, I am pretty confident.
Hoiwever, I don't know for the temperature under the bonnet regarding this hose.

For the PVC, I have seen people connecting OCT with regular hoses and not having any issues so far, we will see...

I started the car this afternoon for the first time.
It is running on the base map.
It is really rough, but the car moves on its own power.

I tried to switch to TPS instead of MAP and changed the resolution of the VE table.
=> Do I need to change the other resolution accordingly ? (spark & AFR)

Final touch on the setup, I found an airbox from a Triumph TT 600 which is the motorbike model the ITB comes from, and extracted the intake trumpet.

It looks nicer and maybe will improve the airflow.

I saw this on a muscule car forum and it is made of a window aluminum net to prevent mosquito, that I cut to size.
fortunately, the trumpet came with their round spring clamp, that I have been able to re-use around the grill

While starting again with my VE table with ITB, I found on several forums that when switching to TPS the table resolution needs to be modified to increase the accuracy on the low an partial throttle input.
However, I found that when I apply light throttle, the sensor read 10% then 20% and increase by approximately 10% step.

-> Do you guys with ITB have a stock resolution (10% step) or a modified resolution with more accuracy on the lower values (1, 4, 7, 10, ...) ?

While looking at data, I found that the Trimuph TPS is working from 3.0 to 22.0 mV where the BMW TPS I had on the previous setup was working from 66.0 to 184.0 mV.
This means the range on the Triumph TPS is 19 mV (22-3) and on the BMW TPS is 118 mV (184-66).
Does the BMW TPS is 6x more accurate ?
Maybe the Speeduino can't read 1% step because of this small range of the Triumph TPS.

@Bilbo has a Speeduino & Triumph itb's on his Beige car & that seems to work

I took the car out this weekend to check the TPS values and I can't really reach small values.
while driving in the countryside with low throttle input, the reading was almost never below 30% and most of the time around 50%

When I stopped, I tried to be very careful with the throttle and press the pedal linear from 0 to full throttle and the reading where like this.

As you can see, it "jumps" by 6% steps, and I have been very careful with my throttle input.

As a result, the cells I can reach while driving are mostly in the top-center region when I cruise on the road.

I will try to match the BMW TPS to the Triumph ITBs to see if it makes any difference in TPS readings.

After a while i figure that 1 injector was dead.
I tried to clean it with chemicals and ultrasonic, in vain.

So I found some working injectors and swap them with new joints.

Then I focused on fitting the BMW TPS on the Triumph ITBs.
It turns out that the BMW TPS fit the ITB shaft with minimal adjustments.

As I have removed the ITB to fit the TPS, I took the opportunity to make some modifications on the setup (reroute the vacuum lines, attach the harness together, etc...)

Then I modified the TPS range and started the car
Now it runs much smoother than before without modifying anything else on in tuner studio.

This weekend I will go for a ride and re-tune the car.
With everything working properly, this should be better.
