Due to the forum being broke.. info was lost but a road set up is in development at affordable price circa 400 if my memory good...i think height adjustable but dampning and rebound set by Miester.

My Mk1 is on OEM springs and shocks. One of the rear springs has been replaced, the others look quite old.

Maybe one day I will go for coilovers, and a 'fast road' setup looks good. Please though can someone explain why the ride height being lowered is so desirable?

I am quite happy with the ride height in a normal MX5.

Thanks Boosted. I get the lower CoG argument. I dont do trackdays, so I woudl not really want a car which is nailed down to a low ride height.

Standard ride height would be OK for me, but would like some decent suspension which doesnt rattle your teeth over bumps, yes feels well in control when heening round a bend.

I guess I am asking for the Holy Grail!

Yep trade off...looks as well..mine is standard height with bilsteins...so firm dampners with high ride height...its an ok ride bit of body roll..I was looking at progressive springs from eibach...so soft to start and firm up as they compress...then i seen this thread and waiting on progress...update...mine is abit 4x4 especially the back.....

Yes sorry boosted, I should have been clearer. I've been following it closely and awaiting the release date which should be some time around now. So was hoping for an update. I guess they're not quite there yet.

I thought they were ready. Give Skuzzle as a buzz as he was helping develop them.

We are looking at stock arriving next week.

This will be the first production run.

Once we have everything checks over, I will put up the details. :)
