this is an extreme long shot but i wondered if anyone here use's toro weekly news on ps3?

ive made a japanese PSN account and downloaded the game itself but when i try and load the game it gives me 4 boxes full of writing with a blue ok button (well i presume its ok) then comes up with a grey box and doesnt load the game.
i cant read any japanese so havent a clue what the error im getting is, the only thing i can understand is where it says 'PS' which i presume is refering to the ps button.
failing that can anyone read japanese, i think its kanji, so if i take a picture they could tell me what it says?
