Koni Sport Spring Rates ?

Hi all,

Spoke to Tony at WIM today and am planning on changing the APEXI lowering springs on my 3 perch Koni sport dampers for the matched Koni Sport springs but just want to check does anyone know the spring rate of these?

Also I have the purple FM top mounts on the rear, can anyone please recommend which bump stops to replace mine with and where to get them from?
