After a couple of days in sunny Solihull have my JR Supercharger kit fitted by Only MX5ives (Thanks Mark), had to drive the 180 miles home to Deal in Kent (what a great drive home)

I love the extra power and that sound you get as you just keep accelerating

Give her a good clean, just before i went back out for another drive

Can't believe the difference, just can't stop smiling every time i put my foot down a little

Welcome to the darkside. There's nothing like the sound of that elastic band screeming is there? I certainly miss it from my Mk1.

What's next then? I/C, bigger injectors?
that looks, well, the nutz! What are you doing for sidelights?
now you have the power to match the looks.....

I have fitted some mesh to the rear of the TSI's and then fitted x3 LED lights into the mesh on both sides.

Works well

I stayed in the Holiday Inn Express in Solihull (Homer Road), nice modern hotel on the city centre and well priced with pool and gym.

Really liking your car, definitely very original, which in my mind makes it very cool. An intercooler will set off the engine bay a treat.
Glad you like it.

As always my thoughts are that "tuning" a std kit is a massively reduced bhp / ? ratio.

I'd only fit an EMB etc if YOU are prepared to tune it as all the pro installs I've seen have so err'd on the side of caution that the P Card was just as good.

I wouldn't fit a crank overlay unless you are also going to install WI or an IC too.

So suddenly Overlay. IC / WI, WB, EMB.... for around 20bhp more which isn't that much more on the road.
nice mate, love the look of your car and the supercharger finishes it. but as others said you will be wanting more power soon now
lol

good job buddy
