Doesn`t loo excessive to me. Probably just down to condensation. Always more noticeable this time of year on cold damp mornings!

best practice if you are leaving a car standing for an extended period of time is to do just that.. leave it.

Only start it when you need to, and when you need to start it put a teaspoon of oil into the bores and wind the engine over by hand a few times then start it.

Oil doesnt fully warm up just at idle, it needs to be under load to fully warm up, its not protecting the engine just sat idling.

Starting it and just leaving it to idle for a while causes unnecessary wear.

I wouldnt worry if its been sat for a while.

As already mentioned it just looks like condensation in the exhaust - a little oil may have seeped down the valve stem seals, but that will soon clear after a run.
