Injector Fitting....

I have lost one of the bloody black spacer/insulator jobbies, (which I'd imagine happens a lot!) So I have to find that before I do any more this morning!

I also snapped one of the clips off the connector, it seems to push on and stay on, so I think It will be fine, I take it those clips are hard to get hold of? It does stay in place even if you give it a good tug, I have zipper clipped the wire to the rail so it can't go anywhere, just need to decide if I'm happy with the bodge or not!!

Since I seem to have done such a great job so far :) any other tips for getting my rx8 injectors in?

2 jobs then, find missing spacer, and vasteline the o rings... :)
Does anyone have a link of where to buy those fuel rail spacer thingies? I dropped one of mine never to found again and just used washers to make up the slack. It'd be nice to get a new one fitted at some point though as it niggles me having lost one.

there in ok now, I found the little black spacer, got an airline in the engine bay until I heard something hit the floor and there it was! :)

Yeah, definately use some lube on the o-ring. Otherwise you'll find that they'll complain a lot & end up walking funny for a few days

As above, always vaseline your rings, otherwise they can be tight to go in and could even split. I ruined a couple of rings this way...

The black spacers I would imagine could be found at the scrappers, or Autolink could probably find some for you.
