So - the wife and kids were out all day, what could I possibly do for 2-3 hours? Checked the oil, tyres blah blah blah and put £20 in the tank and off I went. Had a great time too. drove all around the southern downs area of Arundel, Slindon, Petworth and eventually ended up at Goodwood. Saw a nice Navy blue Mk1 near Chichester and exchanged frantic waves. Had a pee in a bush, bought a soggy McDonalds burger and went home. Nothing much to report but it was great just getting out and having a thrash about.

Looking good.

A set of Wats would really suit the look you've gone for

Bloody hell- another looney! And I thought it was just me. Here's what I had in mind some months ago but I've changed my mind now - just because I want a turbo eventually but want it it look stock (Wolf in sheeps clothing type of thing) I'm a typical 45 year old boy who can't make his mind up. It's true we never grow-up.

I think you should keep it the way it is and just get that turbo!

really nice looking car there, really like the front end and where you've located the plate, just right!

I live there! Have'nt seen that black one around Worthing though (?)
That's because it isn't mine lol! This is mine - CLICKY
Tazz What size is your front number plate? I'm looking to change my front plate and that size looks spot on, is it a legal size of plate to have?
My front plate is 30cm x 8cm and I got it from Craig's Plate (UK company) but it is not legal. I have the proper one in the boot for when it gets MoT'd next month. Loads of police have seen it, one even took a piccy of the car when he strolled over to chat to me. Have'nt been pulled for it yet, but rest assured there will come a time when a ginger bearded motorcycle cop with a blob-stropped wife pulls me over and dishes me with a ticket. It's a great size plate because it sits nicely in the grill mouth and does'nt restrict air-flow too much. Cost about ?15.00 as I recall. Took 2 days to arrive from Ireland as its classed as a 'Show Plate'.
I use to drive around with french pressed plates on my old saxo and they were classed as show plates.... never got pulled but I've heard others have so its just a case of being lucky tbh!

Taz, keep an eye out for me! I live on Winchester Road
