Either way, if me and Indykid are there, jump in for some pax laps 1st if you want before you use your car - best way to learn.

Will probably be NA on the day.

After the briefing, there's some sighting laps where you follow everyone round slowly.

After the sighting laps (usually 3) park up and come and find me or Tom - one of us will take you out.

well if it's ?99, they fill a place and get ?20 for second driver. if it's ?129, the place goes unfilled.

no probs. i remember my first track day. it was in bitsa at elvington.....and i was shitting myself

first go on a proper track was at croft and it pissed it down

it doesn't take long for the nerves to die down though. should be a cracking day and being in a 5, it doesn't matter if it rains.

BRING A WINDPROOF JACKET. elvington's a harsh place when you're there all day

bring a windproof jacket and a fleece to go under it. even if it's cracking the flags, it'll be cold in the wind

How's the install going?

We were hoping to go to this to check out the MP62 installation before going to Croft on 03.05.10 but we're not sure we'll have the intercooler completed in time. And if we do get it finished before 17.04.10 it looks as if Elvington will be fully booked.
I enjoy Elvington. Lots of space for run offs and spins and low probability of hitting anything (famous last words?). Bit harsh on the tyres though.

turbo in and running at 7 psi
got some 550cc injectors to drop in to replace the 320 also got a ebc to install being held up at moment need a new clutch (still stuck what to get) was getting one for usa but dollar rate has killed that at moment
need to do a lot of fine tuning with timing mainly (going to ask for some help in the next couple of weeks)

also got a 1.8 brake upgrade to do got everything to do that with just need the time

other than that its running fine shockingly quick surprises everybody when i take them for a spin
