well i have fitted a very similar one,as my cables snapped,you need to make sure you fit it and set it up perfectly,or it does jam.They are easy to fit,but take bit of working out.The difference is with the cables,it pulls the window up evenly on both sides,where as with the screw drive one,it pulls up from one side if you dont align perfectly.

In hindsight i would fit new cables,and not buy the one you have highlighted,but as my cable had snapped did not have a clue how to fit them.so catch 22...if you need advice to fit the one with out cables give me a shout.
