Dual Throttle Body Mod

It seems the dual throttle mod is becoming almost a standard part of fitting s/c kits now, is there already a thread on how to do this, and if not it would be useful I think. There seems to be lots of knowledge out there and I have seen bits on a number of threads but a complete guide and tips thread would be useful I think.

Original Spec: 1990 Mk1, PS, EW, Spoiler, Mariner Blue, Sill Plates, Finish Line Gear knob, TWR Hardtop.
