Flaming Lamborghini - Pour the sambuca and kahlua into a cocktail glass. Pour the baileys and blue curacao into two seperate shot glasses either side of the cocktail glass. Set light the concoction in the cocktail glass and start to drink through a straw (this drink should be drunk in one). As the bottom of the glass is reached put out the fire by pouring the baileys and blue curacao into the cocktail glass and keep drinking till it's all gone.

I used to love a cocktail called an "Attitude Adjuster" which they used to vend at the Long island ice tea shop just of Leicester square.
YOu can actually taste your mood changing as you drink it.

I have no idea what is in it.

It was the perfect after work start to the weekend Friday night thing.
Unfortunately the long island ice tea shop was a really cheesy affair which you only went to after quite a lot of after work drinking as it was.

Those days are long gone now though and its probably less than 1 unit a month for me now.

this is the only genuinely manly cocktail. You can tell because it involves a half pint of spirits - I prefer it with brown rum and no cola

tom collins - can't remember the exact arrangement but its got lemon, soda and gin in. Basically gin&tonic but not as nice.

The various martini combos are pretty good. I like dry martini with gin, an olive and a dribble of olive oil when I'm feeling sophisticated. If im feeling fruity I'll have the sweet one with vodka.

While not strictly a cocktail in the screaming orgasm sense, the king of booze is G&T over a load of ice with a big old chunk of lime - it should be drunk before breakfast for full effect.
