Disconnecting Super Charger

At the moment I have an MSD and Powercard Pro that will soon be replaced by an emanage blue that I am in the process of trying to get wired up. once I have the wiring sorted can I remove the S/C belt and run stock whilst I learn my way round tuning? Or is there anything else I need to do?

Just cable tie the actuator on the by-pass open and it will not run in boost, no need to remove / change the belt.

So I just lift the rod and zip tie it up and thats it?

Yes, that is all you need to do.
It might be best to put 2 cable ties on, just as a safety measure.
