Hi folks, the car seems to have developed a creaking noise frm rear driver area. Has anyone any ideas r had this problem beofre. Any help would be appreciate it's a 1.8 mk2.5 with 46k on clock. Noise is not a constant but at idle speed 1st gear it comes about every 1second

Is this when you first drive it after it's cooled down?

No. Well it's only developed tonight. I was drivin it tonight done approx 10mile and it's still there

Can anyone think of anything before I start rippin bits off tomorrow, it's a creaking noise that's relative to the rpm of the wheel but goes away about 30mph well u can't hear it so could be road noise etc just masking it. It's nt lik a costant drone it sounds lik a floorboard or old door or similar but it's only getting worse, any help pleaseeeee
