bleed the clutch ,if still high,slave cylinder,or clutch wornI would suspect it is down to adjustment.
Ime problems with hydrualic clutches usually show up as the biting point getting close to the floor (nackered master last time I had this), or the pedal getting very light due to leakage at slave cylinder, to the point that it's so light that it won't move the clutch fork.
