If I had the money I would go with the same engine mods. I like the side decals too, nice and retro.

I've now got some better pictures of the engine bay and a dyno sheet. After that dyno run the revlimiter has been upped to 7500 rpm - evidently the stock valve springs are the limiting factor at the moment as the power curve just keeps increasing

Yup, its quite nice, considering it's a stock block.

Its a pretty hot head but in desperate need of more compression (and an improved valve train).

for the moment, i'm pleased though...

Just a quick update: Not much going on at the moment.

Installed a new speedo cable last week - not exactly a cheap part but it's so nice to have a smooth and quiet speedometer!

Celebrated this massive success with new stickers that i got as a birthday present

Also added some japanese tow arrows, to remember the complete DNF failure of 2012s local rally since the 2014 event is going down tomorrow - so wish us luck!
