1.6 now I know it can't be done to a 1,6 but I think I can, a pretty simple turning job I can graft the cam sensor piece of the cam onto the Zaust cam and boom job done.
What u guys think ?

Are you talking about the Exhintake mod?

Uses a second exhaust cam with the CAS fitting chopped off on the inlet side, this is for 1.8's.
It is possible on a 1.6 but you will need to rig up a different timing sensor set up and probably an aftermarket ECU to read the signal.
I would not trust a joined and welded camshaft.

Yea Iv done a test weld on my old cam and its good quality steel and welds nicely so I'm getting my mate mill flat, drill and tap the end of the cam and Iv chopped the dizzy drive off another inlet cam and drill and counter bored for a cap head so I can screw them together to get the rotation right and tig round after, it should be fine as there is no load on that end of the cam it's only turning the sensor
