Admin

It is important you sign up online for the IKO competitions by emailing [email protected]. There is limited space for all events and we allow reserve teams to register before and at the event. Plans do change at the last minute and we advise you visit the admin tent and speak to Steve who will check if any space is left.

You must register at the admin tent for all IKO as well as signing an indemnity form, please take your time to read and understand this important form. Once you have read and signed the form you will have a wristband put on to show you have signed an indemnity form. We do our best to make sure everyone gets a fair share of the action in the IKO competitions, please be fair to others and turn up before your event starts. There is a timetable in the show guide for you to follow as well as announcements on a PA system by the IKO arena. Should entrants not turn up for events or weather conditions change we may change how many rounds each events has, this will be decided on the day by drawing names at random with teams getting a by to the next round.

The winner(s) of each event will be awarded a prize at the official JAE awards on the Saturday night.

I have copied the main details if you want to see more go here http://www.japcarclub.org/index.php/club-information/competitions

As long as there are enough willing we can work out the who does what once they have the full list up and we get a team in. ????
I probably won't do karting as they always have to remind me that pushing people out if my way isn't allowed, and have bad lines so not that quick
