Hi guys, I was wondering if anybody here had experience with modifying the clocks on their MX5's?
I've had two issues so far. I've been looking for some decent aftermarket cards/inserts/sheets whatever you want to call them.
The problems I'm having are 1. I never seem to find any UK cards, 2...
Hi guys, I'm Griff!
I recently became the proud owner of a 2002 Mazda MX5 limited edition Pheonix (OMG I LOVE THE RED/BLACK INTERIOR!).
She needs a bit of love, however she shall be cherished.
Her name is Jasmine. We hope to see you guys around sometime!
Quick and not so simple......
Will a 1995 JDM Mk1 1.8 Exhaust fit onto my 1996 UK Mk1 1.8???
Its manifold back... can you just swap over the complete system manifold back? Or are they routed differently??
Anyone ever done this???
Morning, I'm buying a few bits from a breaking Mx5 at the weekend. I'm having a few bits and was wondering the differences between the exhaust system, Manifold back.
Whats parts if any will fit? I assume the Cats will be different but what about the rest of the system? Are the back box's the...
Well the mk2 sprung a PS leak the other week. I take a look and sure enough there is a pin hole in the PS pipe below the rack. I order a new pipe from MX5Parts and it was with me less 24 hours later, nice service there chaps. Put it all together, bleed the system, but I could still hear fluid...
I've replaced the sensor on my car previously but I think the part I used was also faulty. Now it's still running like a big peice of poop.
Does anyone have one lying around that they know works for sure? (Or at least pretty sure)
For the last 3 months I've been driving a stock 1996 mk1 uk spec mx5 in white. It's a great little runner but it could do with a few improvements.... After all, who wants a stock mx5!
This is where the forum comes in, as I'm a full time athlete in a sport that recives very little funding, of...

This, in my opinion, is absolutely beautiful  not everybody's cup of tea though, I imagine.
Anyone know anywhere in the UK that supplies them?
Car; 1995 UK 1.6
Right, I've had the car now for around 6 months and had various issues I've managed to get sorted but this is the one thing that's got me pulling my hair out trying to figure out.
Basically, the car is drinking petrol at the moment, even when driving like an absolute granny...
Annoying issue this morning,
Car started fine when I turned it on from cold, but when I stopped at a Tesco on my way to work to use the ATM, I went back to the car and it wouldn't start
It was firing but just would not catch!
This has happened before but it normally catches after I...
Good Morning all,
Got the car on saturday so i thought i would start one of these off.
Its a UK 1.8 Mk1 in BRG. Absolutely stunning condition.
Had been in dry storage for quite a bit of its life covering only 2000 miles in the last 4 years!
Just approaching 87000 miles and the sills are rock...
Been thinking for a while now between going FI or using ITB's, and to be honest the only thing stopping me using ITB's is I am very unsure how the install works!
My car is a '95 1.6 UK de-tuned model so I'm looking to get a little bit more life out of the little thing! (Don't tell me to swap...
Looking for 1.6 manifold, down-pipe and catback (440mm cat compatible)
Would prefer it to be an aftermarket performance part, not standard.
If I can't get something off the forum I'll be getting this...
Will be fitting a new milltek back box shortly to the mx.. (My 1995 UK model, 1.6)
The back box has a flared flange designed to fit over the standard pipe once it's cut..
Just needed to know the diameter so I can put a clamp over it afterwards to be safe.. Followed by some heat wrapping.
Just a quick question to all the mechs out there.
Got my car in to replace to steering rack tomorrow.. It's my 1995 UK model mk1.
To replace the rack, bleed the sytem and do the tracking.. I've been quoted 4 hours.
I do trust these guys, It's just the labour will cost a lot so I want to make...
