Looking for an original Japanese import front number plate mount for my NA as I have been advised that what is currently on my car is not the original spec

I wanted to remove the front number plate plinth from my Mk1 import and was surprised to find 5 rivets holding it on... What's the best way to remove these cleanly? Access from the top and bottom looks really limited so presumably taking the front bumper off for full access? Cheers, Jamie
