lets face it, we are starting this a bit early this year.... but its awesome and we WANT IT NOW.... so forgive the excitement!!!

JAE is AMAZING!!! one of the best shows all year, I love it to tiny little bits, and I know a lot of you feel the same way! So I am trying to pull out all the stops and get us proper - proper sorted this year
Last year we were the best equiped we have ever been!!! with some super strong extendable Gazebos (Thanks to the Warchest and the large numbers at Japfest, Japfest2 and JAE) , Gas BBQ (Thanks to @Barefoot ) Generator (Again, Thanks to @Barefoot 
) and to think 3 years ago ( i think it was) we had so little to protect us and feed us.
This year we will once again be employing the Warchest principle to get us even better equiped... so a few quid will be added to each ticket to get us more gear depending on how numbers go for each show we will either go for MOAR flags / Banners , MOAR Gazebos to keep us dry, or cooking equipment to feed us all we'll see, lets face it, its early in the year yet
Taking into account a few factors (New Venue and no grandfather rights on plot, large early interest, and increase in size of Punks with whom we share the stand ) we are gonna go for 6 20x20 meter plots rather than our usual 4 plots which means a few things....
1) 60 - 66 cars rather than 40 (Between 'Punks and 'Nutz)
2) higher cost of plot space (but not per car, just over all) this year £125 I've already paid this and will recoup as funds come in from bookings.
3) we really do need to make sure we have got enough Gazebo space and cooking stuff , power, Chairs for Claire to throw at Stuart... so I'm gonna be pumping the warchest both here and on 'Punks throughout the year to get us even better sorted
Support Vehicle wise, we are covered in getting all the equipment there... Basically some smart arse over at Punks has gone and bought an Elgrand as a support vehicle to carry all the gear.... on top of that, there is always the possibility of Barefoot not finishing his project and turnining up in his "Luxury Tent" also known as a biiiig Citroen van with sofa bed and large hauling capacity (Basically how everything got everywhere last year ) And I'm hoping that The Cribbs will be coming again this year, in Their Homey
