I am putting an UK NB engine into a Triumph Spitfire (it seemed a good idea at the start..)
I have a standard ECU, main wiring loom, engine wiring loom and charging loom. (ECU has matching ignition barrel, key and immobiliser)
Starter gets the main power feed but not the signal feed on turn of the key (and it can be turned and engaged by wiring direct to the ignition feed)
I traced this connector- link below (close to the immobiliser unit, 2 white 2 white/ black wires going into it) which has gets power on turning to start.
Does anyone have any idea what this should be connected to? (or if its a red herring!) I've Haynes manual on the way as the only wiring diagrams I could find were US spec.
Any thoughts appreciated!
