You'd probably find that increasing tire diameter with a 205 will be a move in the right direction with your ET35 wheels.

Look up some pics of scrub radius. Lowering ET increases positive scrub. Increasing tire diameter lowers it.
Scrub is easiest to understand as a lever arm. Look at the drawings and imagine a drag force acting on the contact patch pointing straight back. Adding scrub gives the drag force a lever arm that it can use to generate a rotation of the wheel around the steering axis. Moving the wheel outboard causes a slight compliance steer effect similar to toe-out. Negative scrub produces compliance toe-in.
