Hi I have a 2005 1.6 It has an Eaton m45 supercharger with a 64mm 2nd throttle body going thru an intercooler and exit thru a ss exhaust with fast cat , there is a blow off valve connected back in to the air intake after the Maf  and track dog ignition and fuel cards

The problem I  have is  that if I'm under boost and ease back it is as if there is a momentary cut out, strangely this does not happen if I come off the gas quickly. I have synchronized both throttle bodies so that they open together, the 64mm opening  both slightly before and after the engine throttle body but nothing seems to make much difference.

It drives me mad any advice would be appreciated

Have you confirmed the BOV isn’t opening? If you don’t lift enough to open the SC bypass valve (assuming you have one fitted) then you might be building up enough pressure drop across the throttle to activate the BOV.

Hi   thanks I will try that,  to be honest I have suspected problems with the BOV as i am only getting 3.5psi boost and if you do the maths it should be 8 plus

cheers
