Annoying squeak when clutch pedal dressed has been solved I think. I tried several recommended solutions but none worked, in the end I pulled back the rubber gaiter off the slave cylinder and spayed some WD40 inside the slave cylinder where the piston moves back and forth when the clutch pedal is operated. The squeak is now gone. I assume either the piston was squeaking or the pushrod on the piston.
