I like the new forum, good work. The only issue I'm seeing is that sometimes the thumbnails of certain people's avatars (as shown on the forum index page, for example) don't display and are replaced with text. Full-size is no problem.

Weird text now replaced with red crosses - selected a new (inferior) avatar and hey presto.

I'm pretty sure that if you clicked the thread title in New Posts it'd always take you to the first post. If you want the last post, click the link under the Last Post name on the right, that'll take you to the most recent post.

Having a bit of a problem with the multiquote; when I click on the popup box that comes up at the bottom as you add posts to quotes, it takes me to the "Reply to Thread" bit, but doesn't put the quotes in?

Any ideas?

Is there a limit to the size of an Avatar Darren? Because everytime I try to upload my picture it says it is to large.

Edit: 140 x 140 seems to have worked! Posted Image

I don't think there's an explicit size limit that I can set in the CP. It says it'll resize images down, but evidently there is a hidden limitation either in dimensions or file size.

Is there a way of turning off viewing avatars and signatures like you used to be able to do, I can't seem to find anything? It's getting far too pic heavy for me!

Helen,

Go to 'Ignore Preferences' in 'My Settings'. There's an option there to ignore post/sigs/messages by user or all signatures.

On a mobile the forum is restricted to a mobile version - no 'view new content- etc. Makes it almost unusable.
