New members must post at least 25 meaningful posts elsewhere in the forum before creating a for sale/wanted thread here. Spam posts will be removed and your post count and/or membership status reset at our discretion - negative if we feel that it's warranted, and on occasions we will issue a 'holiday' or a permanent ban. It's a simple rule, true Nutzers understand it and comply with it. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS, so don't bother asking for one. If you do ask, don't be surprised to receive a gobful of sarcasm/verbal irony from your chosen mod to whinge your sob story at. We've heard them all before a thousand times.

All threads must include a price. Posting threads without a price in order to generate an auction is not allowed. If you post a link to one of your own eBay auctions, you must place a selling price on here and be prepared to take down the auction if you accept a sale here at that price.

You must also include your location in the listing for the item being sold. At the very least, update your approximate location in your profile, however this doesn't show up on Tapatalk or the Mobile site so be sure to include it so that people can tell whereabouts you are. Nutz covers all of the UK as well as most of the rest of the planet so this is important!

"GAUGING INTEREST" threads are not permitted - you're either selling something or you aren't.

DO NOT PM moderators requesting/demanding that your ad is approved unless it's been there for over 2 days (in which case it's probably been missed). There are other mods than me, so look for who is online.

BEFORE PMing mods asking where your ad is, check your own content to see if it's been approved:
  • Mouseover your name on a post
  • Click 'Find Content'
  • Click 'Only Threads'
  • If you see it there, don't PM a mod
DO NOT post threads in other sections demanding that your ad is approved.

DO NOT advertise items/cars "for friends". You may advertise on behalf of direct family members/partners etc.

ALWAYS put prices on your adverts.

ALWAYS put your location on your adverts.

CONTRIBUTE to the forum. This doesn't mean financially, although it's appreciated if you do make a donation if you sell something here - we're not a free eBay. It means get involved and be part of the community.

If you contravene any of the above, chances are that your ad(s) will be removed without question.

DO NOT chatter on For Sale threads. Replies must be genuine enquiries about the item for sale, or offers to buy it. Post commenting on prices, bumps, 'Nice car', 'GLWS' etc are not permitted.

Regrettably, due to a minority of members not following these very basic and clear rules, all For Sale threads are now subject to moderation and have to be approved before they are sent to the forum.

Caveat Emptor applies to items advertised on the forum. If you have a problem with something you have bought on the forum resolve it with the seller. DO NOT contact the forum management to resolve a dispute for you, we are not responsible for the suitability of purpose, accuracy, legality or in any other way for items advertised on the forum. We will not be held liable in any way for items bought and sold via the forum.

Remember that ads posted up are always moderated before they're posted to the forum. Mods and admins have busy lives that don't revolve around approving your ad so be patient. Incur the wrath of mods (and many of the membership) if you post up asking why your ad hasn't been approved!

These terms are updated periodically and may be changed without notice. They were last updated on 17/05/2013.

By using this service (as a seller or a buyer) you agree to these terms.

If you haven't already done so the please READ THE RULES.

Then you will not have to post your ad multiple times and in the end get them all removed anyway.
