There was one that I saw on a Miata site in America but I neither saved it or bookmarked it. Would be handy to have as I'm also looking for this template

Easy to cut from some thin aluminium sheet. If your interested as soon as the weather gets better I can draw around it and post you a template if you like.

Yeah I have one I could draw round too. Mine has bigger holes round the rubber mounts so the panel sits lower. Maybe something to think about... :)

Yeah ok, I'll draw round it and put some measurements on. Maybe even scan it somehow, then draw over it and put a scale pdf file up on here for folk to download.

Just be patient :)

not sure my cnc would do stainless. Only gets used for plastic, but soft ally would be alright at a push.

Slam panel template 01

One drawn out slam panel link above, viewed as you were stood looking at it fitted to the car.

I'd recomend making this out of card and test fitting for yourself before jumping in the deep end and cutting it out of ally/Stainless. If you do this and find the template could be improved upon let me know and I could add your changes

At the moment this is the only photo I have of it fitted

will they be stainless, alloy or both ? I'd be interested in a stainless one
Every night I would pray that the Lord would bring me a nice little sports car, then I realised that's not the way it works so I nicked one and prayed for forgiveness instead

'93 V-Spec 1.6 Automatic, KSport coilovers, 15" Lenzo BSX wheels wrapped in Toyo rubber, MX5 dual exhaust, ARC Magic chamber, K&N filter, polished bits under the bonnet, GV splitter, Zunsport mesh grille and a few other little mods here and there, still plenty to do though !
