Its fairly simple to do yourself, just do patterns/repeat stickers to get repetition.

Ill give you some quick instructions.
1. Clean area free from oil/grease.
2. put on stickers.
3. spray clear lacquer.
If you mess it up just take all the stickers off and start again.
Please don't pay anyone to do it for you.

If you decide to do it check the stickers are lacquer proof, alternatively use vinyl based stickers, get them from ebay cheap from Taiwan.
